Robert Kennedy Jr. Challenges the Church to Stand Up Against COVID Mandates
In recent months, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has been a staunch opponent of the vaccine mandates set down by the Biden administration. He has boldly spoken out against them and did so recently to a crowd of nearly 30,000 gathered in Washington, D.C., at the Defeat the Mandates Rally, speaking of his love for America and the dangerous path it has taken.
“We love God! We love our country!” Kennedy Jr. told the cheering crowd. “We are witnessing a coup that I never thought I would see in my lifetime.”
Kennedy summarized his speech with three points, which he asked all in attendance to memorize.
“First, every power that government takes from us, they will never voluntarily relinquish until we make them do it,” Kennedy said. “Second, every power government takes from us, they will ultimately abuse to the maximum extent possible. Third, nobody in history has ever complied their way out of totalitarian control.”
Kennedy spoke strong words for believers, expressing shock at the degree with which churches nationwide complied with restrictions during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic without any constitutional or legal authority behind the mandates.
“It is no accident that we have the First Amendment because our founders wanted us to remain free both from a political standpoint and with our faith,” Kennedy said. “We all watched as churches complied and it has set a very dangerous precedent.”
Kennedy ended his message to a loud roar from the crowd and the words, “Every time we comply, we show weakness.”
The Defeat the Mandates Rally stretched from the Washington Monument to the Lincoln Monument and included speakers Dr. Robert Malone, the inventor of the mRna vaccine; Dr. Peter Mcullough; Dr. Peter Kory; Dr. Peter Marik and others from various sectors of medicine, as well as those from business to government to faith.
The simple message — we must resist the mandates.
In his speech, Marik explained simply that, medically, the so-called “vaccines” are not actually vaccines, but in fact are dangerous. He explained that a basic regime of prevention is more than enough to starve off the virus and echoed the words of Dr. Kory, who encouraged those concerned to consult with medical doctors who can provide accurate information about the vaccines.
Many of the rally’s attendees were holdovers from the March for Life two days earlier, like Jenny and her friend, Debbie, both believers who made their way across the country from California to attend both.
“We came because we love the Lord Jesus Christ,” Jenny said. “We love our beloved real President (Donald Trump) and are deeply concerned about the future of our country. We were blessed to be able to attend both events and are going home empowered and encouraged that God is going to give us the victory and we will see our real president back in office.”
Broadcaster Del Bigtree summarized the challenge to crowd with the words, “We are on the right side of history. God created us in His image. Let us get back to our only master and that is God.” {eoa}
