Orlando Attack Was a ‘Twofer’

The news from Orlando, Florida, that a nightclub catering to homosexuals was attacked by Omar Mateen (pictured below), a Muslim who, according to Senator Marco Rubio, has a lot of indications of “some link to radical Islam” should really come as no surprise to anyone who has been paying attention to the rapid Islamic invasion of the United States being facilitated by Barack Obama. 

We are now entering the beginning of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan. It is often erroneously assumed in the West that Ramadan is a time of peace, when Muslims set aside their conflicts and engage in that inner spiritual quest the Council for American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) and other terrorist apologists would have you believe constitutes the real meaning of “jihad.”

However, as our friend Robert Spencer of Jihad Watch noted two weeks ago, the Islamic State has another, more traditional view of jihad and Ramadan which they released in this statement from Taha Sobhi Fahla, known more generally by his alias Abu Mohammed al-Adnani:

“Ramadan, the month of conquest and jihad. Get prepared, be ready … to make it a month of calamity everywhere for the non-believers … especially for the fighters and supporters of the caliphate in Europe and America,” said the message, suggesting attacks on military and civilian targets.

“The smallest action you do in their heartland is better and more enduring to us than what you would if you were with us. [emphasis added by CHQ] If one of you hoped to reach the Islamic State, we wish we were in your place to punish the Crusaders day and night … .”

As our friend Clare Lopez, a former CIA officer, now with the Center for Security Policy, pointed out to us, homosexuality is one of the seven Hudud crimes under Islamic law. Hudud means immutable or fixed by God, so there can be and is no dispute among Muslims that homosexuality is a crime.

To an observant Muslim, homosexuality is not a lifestyle choice, genetic condition or personality disorder; it is a crime punishable by death, generally in a public execution.

In Muslim nations such as Iran and Saudi Arabia, homosexuals are routinely executed in public. In the Islamic State Caliphate, they are executed by “precipitation” meaning by being thrown off a high building; those who survive are then finished-off by being stoned to death.

So Omar Mateen’s attack on the Pulse nightclub during Gay Pride Week was a “twofer” for any believing Muslim; first, he was able to enforce Shariah by killing unbelievers who were homosexuals; second, he was able to follow Islamic State emir Abu Mohammed al-Adnani’s admonition to sow terror in the American heartland.

Of course the Left and the establishment media (but we repeat ourselves) will want to make this about “mass shootings” and gun control—it is most assuredly not.

This is a stark warning to America that the tolerant culture, so celebrated by the Left, is under assault by an enemy that will not compromise, and who will engage in individual jihad to enforce the restrictions and penalties of Shariah on anyone who deviates from Islamic norms and commits an act that is Hudud.

And at a time when a vast tide of Muslim immigration is being swept into America, including some 100 virtually unvetted Syrian “refugees” every day, the most immediate lesson from Omar Mateen’s attack on the Pulse is a stark warning to American homosexuals and their families that their safety and their right to live free from fear are being surrendered in the name of multiculturalism and to facilitate Barack Obama’s Muslim invasion.

The establishment media isn’t going to tell you this, but It is time every American faced some frightening truths:

Muslim immigration is an existential threat to constitutional liberty, because Islamism wants to destroy our way of life. Islamists truly believe that the misogynistic hell that was Afghanistan under the Taliban was the model for a pious society; they are led by totalitarians who will starve and kill millions of their co-religionists rather than expose those people to our cultural influences; and, finally, Americans must understand that our enemies are already here in America, and that they came here not because they aspire to our material wealth and progress, but to end human progress as we know it.
