AG Pastor Dana Coverstone Shares Additional Prophetic Dreams
Editor’s Note: Charisma Media shares the following as information, recognizing its potential prophetic significance. However, we take no responsibility for the content of Pastor Coverstone’s dreams or of their veracity. As Scripture reminds us, “Let two or three prophets speak, and let the others judge” (1 Cor. 14:29).
Assemblies of God Pastor Dana Coverstone is still dreaming. And the small-town Kentucky pastor, who leads Living Word Ministries Assemblies of God in Burksville, Kentucky, is still sharing his dreams via videos on his Facebook page even though, he said, “It’s going to make some people mad.” Two recent videos include dreams that seem to reveal the continuation of protests and riots into October along with what appears to be a Trump win in the November presidential election, followed by a storm of violence.
Earlier this summer, Coverstone shared three foreboding dreams in videos that went viral, bringing a huge and varied response from the charismatic community. Charisma Media CEO Stephen Strang responded to those videos in an episode of his Strang Report podcast, saying the pastor “did not come across as arrogant [or] trying to build up his ministry” but also encouraging prayer and caution. He also recorded another Strang Report podcast in which various Christian leaders responded to the Coverstone prophecies.
Coverstone said he is “not doing this for notoriety; I’m not getting paid to do this,” adding that the country needs to see what God was showing him. He said he sees himself not as a prophet but as a watchman, noting that during his videos, he reads each dream from a printed script “so I don’t add into it.”
The dream he shared on Facebook Aug. 13 included some powerful prophetic images related to the month of October, which appeared in his dream as a calendar. Government and federal agency officials also appeared in the dream, he said, all with firecracker-style wicks coming out of their heads that were “lit on fire.”
The pastor’s dream also showed an escalation of violence in October, in which protesters assaulted bystanders who weren’t joining in with their violence or “were not deemed as violent and vicious as they should be. … If they weren’t complicit, they were beat on,” Coverstone said.
He also expressed concern about the elderly people he saw being attacked in this dream. “It was an attack on older Americans, the people that hold the Constitution dear, the flag dear, the people that have the common-sense values, commitment to faith and biblical principles,” Coverstone said. Additional images moved toward the dream’s close, in which a white figure appeared and said, “Do not stop bracing for the storm, for the storm will not pass until I stop the storm. So brace yourselves, and don’t look back.”
Coverstone said he has not asked God to give him more dreams, but “they keep coming.” In a video released to Facebook Aug. 25 and featured above, he spoke about three more dreams that included a wide variety of images. These ranged from digital billboards emblazoned with “Trump Victory Challenged Everywhere” to a Conestoga-type wagon driven by Kamala Harris that ultimately crashed into Hillary Clinton, who stood with a knife to the throat of a kneeling President Donald Trump. The dreams Coverstone shared also included scenes of what seemed to be a disaster-relief area and the reappearance of the white figure, who said, “Remain braced, as this calm comes before a gathering storm that recovery will have a hard time finding.”
At the end of both videos, Coverstone urged his viewers to “do with it what you want.” At the close of the second, he gave an additional word. “I believe the Lord’s coming back soon, and He needs the church to be ready. He’s trying to wake America up. He’s trying to wake the church up. And there’s not much more time for us to wake up.” {eoa}
