I have had very few open visions. As to the rare open vision the Lord imparted to me in August 2016, I must say that, since we “know in part, and we prophesy in part” (1 Cor. 13:9, NIV), I can only share with you the part that God has revealed to me.
I was just getting ready to go to sleep when all of a sudden, I had this vision. I asked my wife if she saw what I did, but she didn’t. Wide awake, I looked up and saw the following: “From an aerial view I saw the state of California and in particular, Los Angeles, appear directly before my eyes. On the ground was a fierce tan-colored lion, which was roaring with its head lifted up toward the sky. The lion was lunging toward a bald eagle that was diving down and attempting to attack the lion. The lion, in its own fierce counterattack, drove away the eagle each time it made a highly aggressive dive at the lion.”
I asked the Lord what it meant.
He said: “The lion is the symbol of Jesus, the Lion of the tribe of Judah. He is defending the United States from the West Coast of California and all across America, to Washington, D.C. The eagle is the symbol of America and is attacking the lion, which is the symbol of Jesus (His church). The eagle, which is a majestic bird, has been abused by counterfeit propaganda and represents those who have been deceived and are fighting against Jesus Christ.
They have turned America away from God and have attempted to drive out my Son and His church with their evil legislation and lifestyles. Even though the counterfeit eagle cannot harm the lion, it can cause great havoc to the United States if it is allowed to continue its vicious attacks. The roaring lion (Jesus Christ), who is the head of the church, has issued this warning: The body of Christ must rise up in voice and much prayer to defeat the works of darkness which has penetrated every area of America.”
Another part of the open vision was very disturbing! I saw four major explosions just west of Los Angeles in the Pacific Ocean. These explosions could represent four nuclear warheads that are directed at our nation.
Beloved, as we obey God and pray, we will continue to see God intervene on behalf of our nation, Israel and various other parts of the world. May God awaken the church with true revival! {eoa}
