God has a beautiful plan for your life. And He wants to guide you each step of the way. That is why one of His names, Emmanuel, means “God with us.”

In fact, He wanted to be with us so strongly that He sent His only Son to physically walk the earth. That baby in the manger was God, and He is still with us today. He’s our living for change.
When I think about the person I am today, I am amazed how God has changed me—and I’m so grateful for the ways He allows me to help others now. At times I came very close to giving up along the way. But God was faithful to be with me, help me and keep me going back then.

I know that apart from Him, I can do nothing. However, in Him, I have everything I need to live the abundant life He gives me in Christ. And He does the same for you. In Him, you can all have the strength and confidence to keep going because of what Jesus has done for you … because God is with you every day. God cares about you—a lot.
Have you noticed that when God speaks to your heart, He only has loving and encouraging things to say? He never asks us, “Why aren’t you more like that person?” or, “When are you ever going to amount to something?” That’s because in Christ, God sees you as perfect.
