Ryan LeStrange has always been drawn to the prophetic, and as a result, he’s experienced major spiritual warfare. Many of those spiritual battles involved witchcraft.
One of those assaults happened while he was in a foreign nation to minister.
“We had immediate opposition,” he says. “We had people sick. We actually had a person on the team who had come out of witchcraft, a fairly new believer. They began to have all kinds of strange encounters in the room.”
Then LeStrange had a frightening encounter of his own. One night while trying to fall asleep, LeStrange felt the temperature drop drastically. He felt a disturbing presence enter the room.
“I saw this figure, this being dressed in clothing representative of the part of the world we were in—the ancient inhabitants there,” he says. “This thing began to say to me, ‘If you don’t leave here, I’m going to kill you and the whole team. … Two spirits appear frequently to people [in that region], and one was the one that I described. So it was definitely a spirit of witchcraft.”
