Jack Hibbs: ‘The Bombs Aren’t Flying,’ But Biblical Prophecy Is Being Fulfilled

As container ships continue to bottle up harbors in China, Pastor Jack Hibbs says that what is happening there is meant to weaken the US economy. And with a weakened US economy, Hibbs says that severely weakens America itself and sets up biblical prophecy perfectly in these end times.
The senior pastor of Calvary Chapel Chino Hills in Chino Hills, California, says that we are already in the midst of World War III, minus the presence of physical military action.
“What’s going on is that a lot of military analysts are telling us that the bombs aren’t flying, but we are actually now in the midst of World War III,” Hibbs says. “America has got to become weakened before that can happen, and how do you weaken America? You weaken her economy.
“How do you weaken her economy? You stop buying and selling. You stop the importation of the stuff that was sent away to be made in some other country because of greed and profit. Now, it’s come back to bite us because we didn’t trust God. The hope is not in the White House. The only hope for America is in God’s House.”
Not convinced that World War III has started? Hibbs says in reality, it’s plain to see in many other ways.
“The Bible says that Israel will be standing alone in the last days. All nations will turn their back on Israel. What will our government do with Israel? The Bible says in Isaiah 5:20, woe to those who call evil good and good evil. The Bible says God is good. The Bible says God does good, but the Bible warns there is going to be people who call good evil and evil good. That’s convoluted, to say the least.
“I can sum this up in one word—confusion. You be the judge. Think back to the days of Noah where man was thinking evil constantly. Jesus said I will come back at a time when it’s like Sodom and Gomorrah. … Jesus said there is going to be a time of insane, confused, aberrant sexuality on the face of the earth, and that’s an indicator of My return.
“Let’s remember that Jesus Christ died on the cross for all of our sins and He rose again from the dead. But that only blesses your life if you receive His offer. Can’t you at least see that the world is trending exactly as the Bible said it would? …
“I’m thrilled to see what’s going to happen next because God has extended an olive branch to us. I’m going to do everything I can and beyond what I can to wear myself out to do Him right, to do Him good. I don’t want to fumble this close to the end zone. Let’s do the right thing.”
