Jesus vs. The Big Bang? Joe Rogan Says One More Believable

Share:

Joe Rogan—the wildly popular podcast host with millions of global listeners—has once again shaken things up. But this time, it wasn’t with political commentary or UFO speculation. It was Jesus.

In a recent episode of The Joe Rogan Experience, Rogan stunned listeners by comparing the Resurrection of Jesus Christ to the Big Bang theory—and siding with Jesus.

“I’m sticking with Jesus. Jesus makes more sense. People have come back to life,” he said, challenging the mainstream scientific assertion that everything began from a tiny, dense point of nothingness.

He continued: “It’s funny because people will be incredulous about the Resurrection of Jesus Christ but they’re convinced that the entire universe was smaller than a head of a pin and that for no reason that anyone has adequately explained to me, instantaneously became everything? OK.”

This wasn’t an isolated moment.

Over the years, Rogan has hosted guests who’ve presented powerful Christian truths, scholars like Wesley Huff, who handed Rogan a replica of Papyrus 52, one of the oldest known fragments of the New Testament. Rogan, visibly moved, said, “Wow. That’s unbelievable. That’s so fascinating.”

And then there was musician Kid Rock. When Rogan asked where he’d go if he could time travel, Kid Rock responded without hesitation: “Jesus.”

Rogan’s response? Silence, followed by a simple, “That’s a good answer.”

The truth is, Jesus keeps showing up in Rogan’s studio, and in his heart. Whether it’s a moment of awe over an ancient manuscript or wrestling with life after death, God is pursuing him. Again and again, people have witnessed to him, presenting the Gospel with boldness and clarity.

But here’s the thing: eventually, Rogan will have to decide. Jesus Christ claimed to be the Son of God, the Messiah and the only way to eternal life. There’s no middle ground. One day, Joe will have to choose—will he accept the Savior he keeps encountering, or walk away?

Let’s pray that Joe Rogan, a man who’s open to big questions and deep truths, comes to know the One who is the way, the truth and the life. Pray that the Holy Spirit continues to draw him, convict him and ultimately lead him to salvation in Jesus Christ.

Eternity is on the line, and we pray he chooses life.
