Left Behind Film Delivers at the Box Office, Extends Theatrical Run

Due to overwhelming audience demand, Fathom Events has extended the theatrical run for Left Behind: Rise of the Antichrist following a successful opening week. The film will remain in select theaters nationwide through Feb. 8, 2023 with the potential of adding even more future dates at select locations.

The film opened in theaters nationwide on Jan. 26 and exceeded box office expectations, surpassing the $3 million mark, and maintaining top per screen averages each night, to finish seventh overall at the box office this weekend.

“The reaction to this film has been overwhelming,” said actor and director Kevin Sorbo. “Thank you to those who bought tickets and wrote thousands of positive reviews on social media. If you listen to what people have been saying after watching Left Behind, you’ll know this is a movie with an urgent message that the world needs to hear.”
