Prophetic Dream: Brace Yourself, an Earthquake Is Coming

I recently had a very powerful prophetic dream. In the dream, I saw millions of angels standing shoulder to shoulder. It was almost like they were standing at attention waiting for a command.

Then the dream shifted, and I was in an apartment that looked like it was out of the 1980s. I was looking at a collection of pictures hanging on one of the walls when the Lord spoke to me in the dream and said, “Brace yourself: There is an earthquake coming.”

The Earthquake

Then suddenly, everything began to shake. The earthquake began, and as everything was shaking, some magazines fell off of a table in another room, and several pictures fell off of the wall. The pictures that fell off of the wall looked like pictures of grandparents, and as they fell, the glass from the frames shattered on the ground. But, there was a picture on the wall that I knew was of a family. All of the people in the picture were very diverse and were from different races and different walks of life. This picture did not fall off of the wall during the earthquake.

When the earthquake stopped, I walked over to a window in the dream and could obviously see the effects of the earthquake. There were many people out in the streets below, gathering their loved ones. The buildings and streets were also damaged, and there was a real sense of chaos in the air. Then the dream shifted again, and I saw the millions of angels from the beginning of the dream coming down quickly and wildly. I knew in the dream that they were bringing something to the earth after the shaking but did not know what it was. Then I woke up from the dream.

As I prayed into this dream, the Lord spoke to me very clearly again and said, “There is a shaking coming, like an earthquake, but everything is going to be OK.”

I believe this dream was a prophetic picture of what has been happening and what will happen in the earth in this hour. I do not believe God is sending a literal earthquake. I do, however, believe that there is a shaking coming. This shaking will cause a disruption in the earth like an earthquake would naturally. I believe many will be tempted to give in to the chaos, fear and uncertainty that the shaking may bring to those who are not hearing from heaven. However, the true sons and daughters of God have no reason to be afraid. This shaking is coming to get rid of anything that is not from God.

I do not believe this was a political dream, but I do think the shaking that is coming will affect the political landscape. But I also think the shaking will affect every area of society and culture, especially the church.

I believe the magazines that fell off of the table in the dream represented the media that has pushed its own agenda for many years. God will discredit the false media in the world when the shaking comes, and the truth will be known.

I believe the pictures of the grandparents that fell off of the wall and shattered represented old systems and old ways of thinking God will shatter when the shaking comes.

I also believe that the picture of the diverse family represented what God desires for His church to look like. God is establishing a real kingdom family with people from all ethnicities and walks of life to work together as a family to see the kingdom of God advance.

God’s plans for His church will not be destroyed in the shaking; instead, those plans will be established and moved forward by the shaking!

The key part of this dream was at the end, when the millions of angels were released and began to administer whatever they were carrying to the earth. I believe the shaking must come forth before these angels can be released. This dream was to show us that the shaking must come first before God can begin to do something new and powerful in the earth in the upcoming season.

So, do not be afraid! This shaking will shake everything that can be shaken. It will take out every wrong agenda and make way for what God wants to do. There is a shaking coming, but what God will release in the earth afterward will be like nothing we’ve ever seen before. Get ready!
