Six-time New York Times bestselling author Rabbi Jonathan Cahn releases The Harbingers of Things to Come in over 800 theaters on May 12. On May 13, Morningside USA, the location where The Jim Bakker Show is filmed, will host a screening of the movie also.

From May 13 through June 13, Faith Content Network is making the movie available for church screenings nationwide. And Morningside USA’s screening of the new film is part of a nationwide movement of churches to show the film to their congregations.

In an interview on the Strang Report podcast Cahn says, “We are witnessing America rapidly accelerating away from God.” He continues, “The messages of The Harbinger are prophetic revelations and warnings for God’s people to know what’s happening, where we are going, and where we are.”

The film teases that everything from COVID-19 to 9/11 are part of an ancient mystery that the Bible unlocks. The advertisements for the film promise that Cahn “takes audiences on an epic journey from an island off of Massachusetts Bay to the Supreme Court, from Ground Zero, through the New York Harbor, to the Statue of Liberty to uncover this stunning mystery.”

Cahn also hints at a detail that will appear in the movie. “Something was recorded, kind of in secret in a prophetic gathering, which I alluded to at the end of The Harbinger,” Cahn says. “You’re actually going to see these prophetic images which have never been seen.”

With 800 theaters, Morningside USA and many local churches hosting screenings, The Harbingers of Things to Come will be an evangelistic opportunity for millions of American Christians.

“We’ve never done it in the theater,” says Cahn. “We were praying about it and asking, ‘Lord, confirm it if it should be,’ and it just took off. The momentum of this took off very powerfully. I don’t know if there’s anything in the movie theaters quite like this.”

He continues, “I’m hoping that everybody makes the most of this, spreads the word, tells their pastors, and that pastors tell their congregations. We’re praying for revival. We’re praying for a wake-up call.” {eoa}
