Todd White Ministers With Words of Knowledge During Virtual Prayer Meeting

Evangelist and author Todd White travels the globe expecting the Holy Spirit to speak to him about people in need of salvation and healing because, prior to hitting the streets, he’s spent time in secret with the heavenly Father. There, White is empowered like Jesus to speak the gospel with authority and to perform signs, wonders and miracles in the lives of people who need them. I recently joined a Zoom call with White and members of The Send to learn more about the ministry to which God has called White.

A former porn and drug addict, White flows with the Holy Spirit in words of knowledge, gifts of healing and prophecy as he shares the Good News in restaurants, grocery stores and city streets. As founder of Todd White Ministries, he’s added author to his resume with the publication of Life Is Short—Leave A Legacy.

He said people have bought the book and given it to atheists. “It’s bringing people to the Lord because it has this crazy guy on the front,” White said, referring to his long, signature dreadlocks. Two-thirds of the book is about White’s growth in supernatural works amid opposition from skeptics. It is a “quick start” for people who want to grow in supernatural signs, wonders and miracles.

White said the COVID-19 pandemic has been the greatest season for authentic Christians. “This whole season of COVID has been a place to bring our hearts into truly being one with Him, being in intimacy, being in relationship to where, when I go out and approach somebody in public, I can hear God’s heart for them,” he said.

In a restaurant, White told a waitress “Jesus loves you,” a simple statement that opened a door to share with her—and later the store manager—the living water, Jesus. Along with the message of live-giving water, White left a large tip that the waitress thought was a mistake.

White said the restaurant manager initially didn’t like the conversations. “So the manager comes out and he’s like, ‘Are we talking about religion?’ I said, No, we’re talking about Jesus. So he’s giving me attitude in front of other tables. We go through our meal, and then this manager comes back out because I talked about Jesus again.

“He goes, ‘Okay, why don’t you talk to me.’ I said I’d love to. Something’s really upsetting you. Man, isn’t it true that in a football injury—in your 11th year—you tore your left ACL, and you blamed God for it because you were actually planning on going to college and making a career out of football?

“He said, ‘We’ll, yeah it’s true.’ So I say let’s find out what’s real and what’s not. Your left knee’s still messed up because an ACL doesn’t heal. So your ACL has deteriorated, and it’s less than 75% good. It’s probably 60% good.

“So I prayed. God set his knee on fire, put electricity inside his knee and he started freaking out. He goes, ‘What did you do?’ Dude, I just prayed, and the God that you don’t believe in just answered. I said squat down. He said, ‘I don’t want to squat down.’ I said you don’t want to squat down because you don’t want to know if this is real or not.

“So he bent down. He stood up completely healed. He squatted down a couple times, and he looked at me and goes, ‘Man, you know I started out as a youth pastor. My pastor was a spiritual father to me, and he cheated on his wife. I turned away from God.’

“So a lot of people that we’re talking to, guys, are not really atheists—they’re just angry at God. They have a wrong view of who the Father is. They have no idea that He loves us, no idea that He is passionately head over heels in love with us. They have no idea that he doesn’t come to kill, steal and destroy. They have no idea that God doesn’t put sickness on people. They don’t know that Jesus went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil,” White told an online group of representatives for The Send here.

White said The Send, a partnership of ministries including Youth With A Mission and Prophetic Prayer Leader Lou Engle, wants to assemble a massive gathering of people passionate for sharing the gospel wherever the Lord leads them. The Send is preparing to gather at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City next year. No date is set.

A big impediment to sharing the gospel with signs, wonders and miracles is the fear of man, White said. “Honestly, the fear of man is crushed by the fear of God because they can’t coexist. The fear of God is cultivated through admitting that your relationship with God needs to grow exponentially; the reality is knowing the Father and being known by Him.

“So the fear of man is crushed with you being with the Father on a daily basis. And honestly diving in and allowing the Scriptures to mold you and to shape you. The Word is such a powerful thing,” White said.

During the last half of The Send representatives meeting, White prayed for people, beginning with a plea to the Father in Jesus’ name for fear to be broken off of lives. “Thank you, God, that the fear of man is crushed. That the fear of the Lord would possess the souls of people. And that we would all work out our salvation with fear and trembling. In Jesus’ name, embolden your people. Anoint your people.”

He then prayed for sickness and disease to leave bodies. “So, in the name of Jesus, we command every head, every ear, every eye, every disk to be healed. Every organ to be healed. Hearts, lungs, kidneys, liver, pancreas, every organ of the body be healed right now in Jesus’ name.”

With words of knowledge about specific conditions, White prayed for healing.

“I thank you for a brand new bladder in Jesus’ name. Be healed. I thank you for healing chronic illnesses, God. I thank you for Lyme disease being healed right now in Jesus’ name. I thank you for disabilities being healed. I thank you, Lord, for limbs that have been numb for years waking up right now.

“I thank you for neuropathy leaving in the name of Jesus. I thank you for healing of spinal severances. That they would stand to their feet and walk in Jesus’ name.”

He continued in words of knowledge, praying for healing of shoulders, joints, ACLs, meniscus, tendons, muscles, bones, arthritis including rheumatoid, carpal tunnel syndrome, fingers, sleep disorders, dementia, night terrors, ingrown toenails, blood and immune disorders, Human Immunodeficiency Virus, Hepatitis C, severed fingers, infertility, digestive disorders, Crohn’s, colitis and varicose veins.

“A deaf ear just opened right now, right here. I just heard it in my heart. I think it was the left ear, there was a pop, and it felt like warm water was going into your ear in Jesus’ name,” White said.

“Thank you for the activation of words of knowledge in people, that they would be able to prophesy, that they’d hear your voice clearer than ever. That they’d know that they know. And that fear of man won’t stop it because they’ve dared to ask the question, ‘Is this true?’

“Metal is disappearing from bodies in Jesus’ name. Metal screws, metal pins. In Jesus’ name, be made whole. God, thank you for wholeness in Jesus’ name.

“Don’t let the excitement of one man speaking take you away from pressing into the excitement of meeting with the Father by yourself,” he said.

White encouraged people to do something they couldn’t do before he spoke words of knowledge and prayed for healing, as well as to send reports of their recoveries.{eoa}
