‘Good Evening’: Tucker Carlson’s First Message Since Fox Ouster Goes Viral

There is a lack of truth in the media today, and Tucker Carlson addressed this topic head-on in his first video message since leaving Fox News.

The video was viewed over 13.5 million times, and over 42 million have seen its tweet:

Compare this to the 1.7 million views that Brian Kilmeade pulled in as the host of Fox News Tonight, a 47% drop compared to Carlson’s numbers from a week earlier, and Carlson’s audience has exponentially grown since the split.

Carlson’s tweet has resonated with Americans on both the left and right of the political spectrum, as Carlson extolled the virtues of America and “how many genuinely nice people there are in this country,” once you leave the ‘noise’ of the media machine.

“It’s got to be a majority of the population, even now. So that’s heartening. The other thing you notice when you take a little time off, is how unbelievably stupid most of the debates you see on television are. They’re completely irrelevant. They mean nothing,” says Carlson.

As someone who spent decades inside the legacy media, Carlson knows what he is talking about. The mainstream media—it is rarely accurate to describe it as “news”—promote racial division, one-sided opinions on specifically targeted legislation, and cultural issues. There are far more impactful issues in the world affecting every American, and no one is talking about them.

“The undeniably big topics, the ones that will define our future, get virtually no discussion at all.

“War; civil liberties; emerging science; demographic change; corporate power; [and] natural resources. When was the last time you heard a legitimate debate about any of those issues? It’s been a long time. Debates like that are not permitted in American media,” Carlson explains.

The steady stream of misinformation leaves the America simply accepting morally bankrupt practices, as long as their comfort and daily routine is not interrupted.

Carlson points out that the major political parties in America are now serving the same goal of acquiring power and influence, while using their platforms to manipulate their constituents into continuing to vote them into power.

“Both political parties, and their donors, have reached [a] consensus on what benefits them, and they actively collude to shut down any conversation about it,” adds Carlson.

This is why former president Donald Trump was such a threat to the establishment. He was on team Trump, not on the side of the Republicans or Democrats, and he threatened their status quo.

The ‘uniparty’ rejects outsiders who actively fight for the interests of citizens and not the consolidation of federal power in Washington. This is why lawmakers such as Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) are often vilified when they stand up for their constituents instead of falling in line and blindly following the dictates of the party.

“Suddenly, the United States looks very much like a one-party state. That’s a depressing realization, but it’s not permanent. Our current orthodoxies won’t last. They’re braindead. Nobody actually believes them. Hardly anyone’s life is improved by them. This moment is too inherently ridiculous to continue,” Carlson believes.

God values wisdom, and is the source of it. It pleased God when Solomon asked for wisdom as king of Israel instead of wealth and power in 1 Kings 3. Yet wisdom and knowledge are not valued by many across the American public anymore. Instead, educational institutions indoctrinate young minds under dangerous ideologies that destroy instead of build-up and prosper.

But there is a way to combat this disease affecting the minds, hearts and souls of Americans today: standing up and speaking the truth in love as Jesus taught.

“When honest people say what’s true, calmly and without embarrassment, they become powerful. At the same time, the liars who have been trying to silence them shrink and they become weaker. That’s the iron law of the universe, ‘true things prevail,'” concludes Carlson.

“Where can you still find Americans saying true things? There aren’t many places left, but there are some, and that’s enough. As long as you can hear the words, there is hope.” {eoa}
