Trump and the Prophetic Role of the U.S.
The U.S. is largely absent from biblical prophecy, and Brainard suggests Trump’s foreign policy could explain why.
“I was troubled by the fact that the United States is not mentioned in prophecy… And now when I look at Trump, our current president obviously, and his foreign policy… he stated openly that we’re not getting involved in any of these wars.”
If America steps back from global conflicts, it may no longer be a key player in the end-times narrative.

The Third Temple and the King of Jordan
The rebuilding of the Third Temple remains a prophetic flashpoint, with Jordan’s Waqf controlling the Temple Mount.
“The King of Jordan right now controls the Temple Mount… So any type of deal has got to somehow be brokered through him—at least for what we see. Of course, all that can change in a heartbeat.”
Brainard suggests the Gog and Magog War could shift control, allowing temple construction.
The Russia-Ukraine Conflict and the Gog-Magog War
Could Ukraine, rather than Russia, be the key player in the Gog and Magog prophecy?
“We [may have] got it wrong, and we could be looking at Ukraine instead of Russia?” Brainard asked, though he leans toward Russia as the main force. “It looks like Ukraine is unwilling to surrender… It’s almost like a national pride issue.”
Ultimately, he predicts Russia’s dominance, which could realign Eastern Europe and fulfill prophecy.
AI: The Antichrist’s Ace Up the Sleeve?
Brainard sees AI as a potential tool for deception in the last days.
“To me, it’s incredibly alarming because we’re at the point… where the average guy in the street can no longer tell what’s real and what’s fake.”
Whoever controls AI could dominate global power. “If they run away from it, someone else is going to dominate the world… Whoever wins this race is going to dominate the world.”
The Pieces Are Moving
From Trump’s policies to the Third Temple, Russia’s rise and AI’s rapid growth, Brainard warns, “Everything can change very, very quickly.”
While no one can predict the exact timeline of prophetic fulfillment, the rapid convergence of political, religious and technological events should not be ignored.
