You’re Already Being Watched: AI and the Global Government
Artificial Intelligence isn’t just changing how we live—it’s shaping how we will be controlled. What was once science fiction is now reality, unfolding faster than most can comprehend. AI is no longer just about convenience; it’s about tracking, watching and ultimately, controlling.
Tom Hughes, host of The Tom Hughes Report, recently laid out a chilling warning about how AI could form the backbone of the Antichrist’s rule. His words should be a wake-up call for anyone paying attention.

AI: From Convenience to Global Control
“AI is transforming from a tool of convenience into a global system of surveillance and control,” Hughes warns. The World Economic Forum has been pushing AI for years, but in 2024, “the extreme possibilities of AI began to dawn on the organization.”
The WEF claims AI will serve humanity, but Hughes sees another agenda: “elites making money, gaining power and keeping both.” AI-driven surveillance systems—cameras, microphones and smart devices—are creating a digital prison.
“There aren’t enough people to surveil everyone,” Hughes explains. “But if machines have intelligence, even intelligence of the artificial variety, well, they can do it.”
Predictive Policing and the Mark of the Beast
We’re entering an era where AI won’t just track actions, it will predict them. “Imagine police officers arriving at your home not because you are suspected of committing a crime, but because you are suspected of committing a crime in the future,” Hughes warns.
And it won’t just be human officers. “Now imagine the police officers arriving at your home not as human beings, but independent AI-controlled robots.”
This lines up perfectly with the Bible’s warning in Revelation 13: no one will be able to buy or sell without the mark of the beast. For years, people speculated about what this “mark” could be—a microchip, a barcode, an ID system. Now, AI makes total control possible.
How AI Can Be Used in the End Times
Hughes outlines several ways AI could enable the Antichrist’s global system:
- Mass Surveillance – AI-powered cameras, voice recognition and data tracking will make escaping digital monitoring impossible.
- Predictive Law Enforcement – AI will preemptively target individuals based on their potential actions, not just past crimes.
- Cashless Society Enforcement – Digital currencies, controlled by AI, will ensure compliance with the system.
- AI-Controlled Propaganda – Algorithms will filter and control information, making independent thought nearly impossible.
- Autonomous Weapons & AI Enforcers – AI-driven war machines and robotic law enforcement will ensure total obedience.
A Global AI Treaty for Control
On Sept. 5, 2024, the U.S., Britain and the EU signed the first legally binding AI treaty: The Framework Convention on Artificial Intelligence and Human Rights, Democracy, and the Rule of Law.
Sounds good, right? Hughes sees through it. “They want to harness this new power for their own purposes while protecting themselves from it.”
Governments claim the treaty protects people from AI-driven “misinformation.” But as Hughes bluntly states, “Governments are the world’s largest sources of misinformation.”
The Antichrist’s System is Almost Ready
“The push to connect the entire world online is unintentionally setting up the infrastructure for Antichrist rule,” Hughes warns.
Currently, 2.6 billion people don’t have internet access. The WEF is determined to change that. While some see this as a good thing, Hughes believes they are unknowingly “building the system of the beast, and nobody will be able to escape.”
Yet, for believers, there is hope. “God has not given us a spirit of fear but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” Hughes reassures Christians that the rapture will happen before the Antichrist’s full control is established.
“Listen, the rapture is coming. Jesus is coming. And until that day, let’s keep standing for truth, sharing the gospel, and looking up—because our King is coming soon.”
