Great Global Reset and the Coming Antichrist? What May Be Coming Next

Jonathan Cahn, a Messianic rabbi known for his prophetic insight into modern events and biblical prophecy, has spoken pointedly about Pope Francis and the year 2025.
After lightning struck monumental buildings in New York City and Washington D.C., and the statue of the Apostle Peter in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Cahn pointed that this could be “…a sign of God’s power and judgment.”
“The Bible speaks of God sending fire from heaven, and lightning, literally…it says that God directs the lightning bolt. The lightning is His arrow. The Lord, it says, shall be seen over them and His arrow shall go forth as lightning,” he continues.
Could we now be in the middle of this judgment? Does the end of the roles of both Pope Francis and Klaus Schwab as world leaders signal that we are another step closer to the very end?
According to Cahn, this prophetic act of lightning as a symbol to the nations also relates directly to Pope Francis. After the lightning bolt in Buenos Aires, Cahn saw immediately how this marked exactly what God may have been trying to tell the Pope.
“… Pope Francis sits in the succession and office and authority of the apostle Peter. There is a statue of Peter, the office of which Francis claims. It stands in South America. The land from which Francis comes. Further, the statue of Peter stands in Argentina. Argentina is the homeland of the Pope,” Cahn says. “It removed the sign of holiness on the statue that points to Pope Francis. The sign would say, ‘There is no holiness. The [Pope’s] act of blessing homosexual couples was an unholy act’.”
As the world reels from the simultaneous departure of these two influential figures, prophetic voices are calling the church to discern the times. Could this be the prelude to a shift in global power structures that sets the stage for the final chapters of Revelation? Time will tell, but many are watching—and praying—with renewed urgency.
