Even in the middle of continued warfare, we are called to keep standing firm on the Word of God.

Pastor Greg Locke is no stranger to spiritual attacks against him, and physical ones too as he was the target of a gunman just a couple of months ago. Now, he’s come under another spiritual attack from someone trying to place a curse on him by using a voodoo doll.

During a Facebook live, Locke shared with the world how this spiritual attack came about.

Locke’s wife, Tai, had sent him a picture of something she found on the property.

“At the end of our driveway of our new home that we got about a month, month-and-a-half ago, they had wired up a homemade voodoo doll,” says Locke. “Complete with a[n] upside-down cross hanging on the bottom.”

The doll was also made with hair and was wired onto the Lockes’ fence.

“It is literally a voodoo curse that these people have placed at the end of our driveway to curse our family, to curse our home and curse our house,” says Locke.

For Locke, he can’t believe the amount of time and energy that witches and warlocks have spent trying curse him. He knows that absolutely no weapon formed against him will prosper. Instead of living in fear, Locke authoritatively decided that he would burn the doll, sending it right back to the depths of hell where it came from, while also calling the person who did this to repent.

“Our family’s covered by the blood of Jesus Christ from head to toe,” Locke says. “This property’s covered by the blood of Jesus and by the hosts of God’s angelic armies. This little Voodoo, witchcraft nonsense—it’s not going to stop us one bit.”

Locke doubles down on the mission before him to keep preaching, loving others well, being generous, praying and fasting, prophesying, casting out evil spirits and rebuking the demonic.

“Greater is He that is in us than he that is in the world,” says Locke. “This witchcraft, it’s not going to stop us.”

“We send this curse back to sender,” he continues. “We do not accept this voodoo nonsense. No sickness shall come nigh our dwelling. We don’t accept it. You can have it back. You can do it a thousand times and it’s not going to work. We’re not going to die, we’re not going to be sick. We have the power of the Holy Ghost within us. Our church is not going to fail, we are going to continue, we are going to be victorious. And regardless of what haters want to say, we’re not going anywhere anytime soon.”

Locke then set the voodoo doll on fire and spoke directly to the fact that he will not be afraid of these witchcraft attacks because Jesus is Lord.

“Your little witchcraft doesn’t scare me. Never has, never will…we are covered in the red, royal, crimson flow of the blood of Jesus Christ and your witchcraft will not work. Jesus is Lord.”
