Jentezen Franklin, Perry Stone: The Yoke Breaking Anointing

“We’re 30 days away from an election…and all kinds of storms hitting, and we don’t know what’s forming out there, and we don’t know what Satan is planning,” Franklin says. “[But] greater is He that is in us than he that is in the world.”

Speaking about what God placed on his heart, Stone says that this is the time to restore a “yoke breaking anointing.“
“I want to know how do we do this,” Stone says. “I want to restore a yoke breaking anointing the church. Isaiah chapter 10 verse 27: ‘It should come to pass in that day His burden shall be taken off your shoulder…the yolk from off your neck, and the yoke will be destroyed because of the anointing oil.’
“The Bible even talks about a yoke of bondage, and a bondage can be things of the flesh, things of the mind, things of the spirit,” he continues.
Stone notes that a person can sense in their spirit if they are free or still in captivity. This may be a reason why some people seem to get free and stay free while others quickly find themselves back to the same spot they were previously.
“I said, ‘What’s the deal here?’ And the Lord told me, ‘The secret is about the yoke,'” says Stone.
Stone broke down how just like the sowers who reaped back what they sowed, so is the anointing that breaks yokes. He notes that a 30-fold anointing is the kind that provides some relief, but much of the old is still there. The 60-fold anointing not only provides relief, but it also releases the person from some of what they were still holding onto. However, it is the greatest level, is being completely set free from all of the pain and struggle.
“There’s being free, but then there’s being free indeed,” Stone says. “And you know when you’ve really been saved when you drop off the behavior that you used to have, and you’re no longer acting the craziness and doing the behavior you used to have.”
“The yoke has been destroyed because of the anointing of God,” he continues.
Jesus died for our salvation, but He also gave His all for us to experience life and life more abundantly that can only be found in Him. It is Christ who has all power and authority to completely transform our lives from the inside out.
