At the end of June, Chairman of Iran’s National Security and Foreign Policy Committee Mojtaba Zonnour declared in a nationally televised interview that “Israel wouldn’t survive” 30 minutes if the U.S. targets Iran over its illegal nuclear program.”
In addition to this dubious boast, Zonnour also claimed that Iran has the firepower and intelligence to defeat American forces stationed in the Middle East.
