‘The Chosen’ Takes Over Theaters – Fans Can’t Stop Talking!
People can’t get enough of “The Chosen” after season five hit theaters last Friday, Mar. 28.
Around the world people went to see the first episodes of “The Chosen” premiere on Friday, and viewers have clearly been touched by the emotional power of the series.
On Facebook, one viewer commented, “When they turned the lights on in the theater tonight, everyone just sat there – like do we have to leave?? Can’t wait till next weekend!”

“Breathtaking. Beautiful. Intense. Didn’t want it to end…” wrote another.
The reviews continued on X as well, with people talking about how impactful the first episodes were.
“Just got home from watching Part 1…Wow!!”
“Saw part one in AMC theaters already! Gonna go see part 2 when it hits cinemas,” another viewer commented.
Season five of “The Chosen” is set to detail what Holy Week would’ve been like for Jesus and His disciples, including that of taking His Last Supper meal. As Dallas Jenkins previously told Charisma Media in an exclusive interview, this season explores a side of Jesus the show has yet to uncover.
“This is the biggest season we’ve ever done by far and that’s because the story demands it,” Jenkins says. “You’ve never seen this side of Jesus before.”
Part two of season five is slated to be in theaters this coming Friday, Apr. 4.
