Gulf leaders reportedly appealed to President Trump over the weekend, urging him to press Israel toward an immediate cessation of hostilities.

President Trump confirmed Iran’s renewed interest in diplomatic engagement during his trip to the G7 summit. Despite intense military exchanges, including Israeli strikes hitting Iranian nuclear sites and the Iranian state TV broadcaster, Trump urged Iran to consider negotiation and warned civilians to flee Tehran before further escalation.

Trump praised Israel’s offensive as “excellent” and “very successful,” stressing that U.S. support remains firm but conditional. He emphasized that Iran now faces a choice: fight or make a deal.
