1-Month-Old Taken at Gunpoint: Is This a Warning of What’s Coming Now?
Imagine holding your newborn child—peaceful, healthy and nursing in your arms—when suddenly, without warning, the government storms into your home with armed deputies and demands to take her. No warrant. No charges. No emergency. Just orders to comply.
This isn’t fiction.
As reported by The Gateway Pundit, it happened in Loudoun County, Virginia, to Farzin Yazdani, a U.S. Navy veteran and father, on Mar. 28, 2025. His one-month-old daughter, Roxana, was taken from him and his wife, Emily, under what he describes as a politically weaponized attack by Child Protective Services.
Yazdani says the entire nightmare started with lies from his ex-wife.

He called it a “coordinated ambush”—one fueled by “a false affidavit from a bitter ex-wife embroiled in a custody battle.” According to Yazdani, the same ex who once showed up with deputies to take his five-year-old son was now behind another attempt to rip his family apart.
“Loudoun County Government has abducted and falsely imprisoned a one-month-old breastfeeding baby from its innocent mother,” he wrote on X.
I'm begging everybody who's reading this that there's a crime in progress currently, Loudoun County Government has abducted and falsely imprisoned a one-month-old breastfeeding baby from its innocent mother. Please spread the story far and wide. Interact with it like it Do… https://t.co/yx4s9qxbMt

The agents who showed up didn’t come with facts. They came with firepower.
Yazdani, an engineer and law-abiding father, says the CPS workers arrived without a warrant, without an emergency declaration and with no evidence of harm. Roxana was taken anyway—“with zero regard for constitutional rights, familial bonds or even basic human decency.”
For eight agonizing days, the infant remained in state custody—and was reportedly injured while under government care. In released video footage, one deputy admits they weren’t even briefed on the situation, but says plainly, “We’re just here to enforce.”
And here’s the sobering truth for Christians: if the government can take your baby without due process, what’s stopping them from taking your Bible when Scripture gets labeled as dangerous? In the UK, prayer has already been criminalized in certain public spaces. The stage is being set. Slowly, steadily and now violently, those in power are turning their gaze on families, faith and freedom.
This isn’t just about one family’s tragedy. It’s a warning.
Yazdani is now suing Loudoun County CPS and the deputies involved. But the deeper issue remains—when activist social workers, government enforcers and weaponized courts can rip babies from homes based on unverified claims, we’re witnessing the collapse of basic civil liberties.
And as Christians, we must see the bigger picture. The powers moving against parental rights today will come for religious rights tomorrow. And the same “just following orders” mentality in this case is exactly what will be used to justify silencing the name of Jesus in public.
Now is the time to stand, to pray and to prepare. Because what happened to baby Roxana isn’t just a tragic story—it’s a sign of what’s to come.
