Jim Bakker: Supreme Court Ruling Bringing ‘Abandonment Wrath’ on Nation
Jim Bakker, host of The Jim Bakker Show broadcast throughout the world, told Charisma on Friday that God partially lifted his hand of protection off America during the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, but he expects that God will fully lift his hand of protection off the nation now.
“As I’m talking to you the Supreme Court just handed down a few moments ago the ruling that it is unconstitutional to deny same-sex marriage couples the same benefits as those in traditional marriages,” Bakker said. “Rabbi (Jonathan) Cahn mentioned to me earlier that if they make this official—Rick Wiles said it too; Chuck Missler said it to—that it would take down the hand of (God’s) protection. It’s abandonment wrath.” Bakker said there are six types of wrath in the Bible and America will likely now experience “abandonment wrath.”
“It would be the final sign of all these piles of signs—the blood moons, the Shemitah years—and all about to take place on Elul 29 (Sept. 13, the last day of the Shemitah). I believe in the last decade America has done more to abandon God, turn our back on the Bible, outlaw the cross, outlaw the Ten Commandments, outlaw prayer—all these things. Be not deceived. God is not mocked. America has mocked God. We have been a blessed nation, but we are not a blessed nation any longer.”
