One Year After His Death, Christian Leaders Remember Billy Graham’s Legacy
One year ago, on Feb. 21, 2018, Billy Graham died after decades of faithful ministry. On the anniversary of his death at age 99, several prominent Christians remembered and reflected on Graham’s life and legacy.
My father @BillyGraham once said, “My job is to preach the Gospel, which has the power to change men’s lives from the inside out.” For nearly 80 years, he did just that. This picture was taken 1994 in West Virginia at one of my Crusades. pic.twitter.com/82XocsBd5C

Thank you @Don_Wilton for being such a great pastor to my father @BillyGraham and visiting him in his home every week. It meant so much to him and to all our family. https://t.co/PpjNQ4DXfa

In front of Rizal Park’s Quirino Grandstand sit two plaques marking the impact of the @BillyGraham Crusade (1977) & @Franklin_Graham Festival (2006). Tens of thousands come to Christ during those events. Pray w/ me as we enter this weekend: Do it again, Lord. Please do it again! pic.twitter.com/4hCkIWdWw7

On this day, that marks one year since @BillyGraham went to Heaven, I wanted to say it was a real privilege to get to know him personally. Billy was a very humble man. He would not talk about himself. He was the most godly person I ever met. pic.twitter.com/55YdwOZn9K

One year ago today, North Carolina and the world lost our “favorite son,” Rev. Billy Graham. I wanted to give you an update on our progress in helping get his statue placed in the United States Capitol. pic.twitter.com/RV5Zjv43Q6
