Orthodox Christians are calling for punishment for an atheist’s online comments about the existence of God, according to several reports.

Agence France-Presse reports Viktor Krasnov posted content offensive to believers, who are prosecuting him under a controversial 2013 law, which criminalizes offending believers.

“If I say that the collection of Jewish fairytales entitled the Bible is complete (expletive), that is that. At least for me,” Krasnov reportedly wrote, adding later “there is no God!”

If convicted, Krasnov faces up to one year in jail, according to NBC News.
