In 1 Chronicles 12, the sons of Issachar were charged with discerning the times and directing Israel. The term may now apply to the United States, Jim Bakker says.
“We need people of wisdom to arise right now,” Bakker says. “We need leadership. We need pastors to take their rightful position. If you’re called to be a leader or a shepherd, you’re called to step up now.”
