Government Seeks to Bypass Parental Consent on Vaccine

How mature is your minor? In most states, although you can’t vote, get a tattoo, buy a beer or purchase a lottery ticket until you are between 18 and 21, according to the “mature minor doctrine,” your underage teen can get the COVID vaccine without parental consent.

According to U.S. Legal, the mature minor doctrine allows underage children to give consent for medical procedures, if they can show that they are mature enough to make a decision on their own. But who determines if they are mature enough, and what is the criteria?

In the states of Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Illinois, Maine and Massachusetts, the doctrine has already been adopted as law. This allows a child between the ages of 14-18 to receive medical treatment, including the COVID-19 vaccine, without their parent’s knowledge or approval. Doctors are also not required to consult with the parents before administering the shot.

This is a huge overreach by the government.

In the state of Tennessee, Sen. Kerry Roberts, R-Springfield, has raised concerns regarding billboards across the state picturing children receiving the vaccine. The visual statement is clear.

“It looks like the Department of Health is marketing to children and it looks like you’re advocating,” Sen. Roberts told Health Commissioner Dr. Lisa Piercey. “Market to parents, don’t market to children. Period.”

Is it safe for minors to make such a potentially life-altering decision, such as whether to take the vaccine, on their own? Let’s consider possible ramifications.

The Pfizer vaccine was approved in December 2020 by the FDA for use on teens 16 and up. That was amended in May of this year to include children ages 12-15.

However, there has been much confusion and controversy over the vaccine. While the Centers for Disease Control, World Health Organization and Biden administration declare it to be completely safe, there are a host of doctors and researchers who have raised grave concerns regarding the longterm unknowns and side effects, some potentially fatal.

Their concern is not unfounded. Recently, Jacob Clynick, a healthy 13-year-old boy in Michigan, died in his sleep after receiving the second dose of the Pfizer vaccine. An autopsy revealed symptoms suggesting an enlarged heart, one of the side effects said to be increasing in young males.

In Utah, 17-year-old Everest Romney experienced neck swelling and began to suffer from severe headaches the day after receiving the vaccine. His doctors discovered blood clots.

In Connecticut, at least 18 teens and young adults have shown symptoms of heart problems after receiving the vaccine.

And these are just a few of the mounting reports that put into question the safety of the vaccine they are marketing to our teens.

What is in these vaccines? Does anyone really know? With so many adverse reactions, why are they continuing to pedal them as “completely safe” and then target our kids apart from parental involvement?

According to a report first released by La Quinta Culmna, (Later confirmed by the University of Almera in Spain), two researchers ran tests on the Pfizer vaccine in particular. The results were that the “vaccine” was made up of 99% graphene oxide. There has been enormous controversy over this element, which some researchers declare a miracle agent and yet others reveal that it is dangerous and toxic to the human body.

It certainly was toxic for Jacob Clynick and others who have died as a direct result of the vaccine. Yet, in typical fashion, the mainstream media “fact-checkers” have come out in unison to deny the report of graphene oxide in the vaccine or deaths as a result of it.

Their proof? Because Pfizer said so. Not because they ran any tests.

With ongoing controversy and adverse reactions, how can the medical community in good conscious continue to promote this uncertain cocktail to our children who are unable to adequately do the research or consider the possible consequences? In fact, many adults are struggling with that decision!

In Orange County, California, one mom learned that the school where her kids attended had bribed the students with doughnuts if they would take the vaccine—without their parents’ consent. Thankfully, the mom was also a well-spoken lawyer who called the school board on the carpet in a video that has gone viral.

As with any medication or vaccine, there are always risks involved. I would think even more so with a vaccine that was quickly developed as is the case with the COVID shot. Furthermore, we have no idea the long-term effects, and we won’t know for a long time.

What is clear is that parents, not the government, not the health department, not the schools, should be the ones to make medical decisions for their under-age children.

What do you think? Should our minor children really be encouraged to make such a potentially life-altering decision? Personally, we don’t think so. {eoa}
