Prophetic Pastor: Open-Heaven Encounters Are for Everyone
Sometimes people think that walking under an open heaven is only an occasional experience or only for the elite spiritual giants of the faith. I thought the same thing until God began to reveal to me that open-heaven encounters were for all people and come from the essence of walking in the power of knowing who we are in Christ. If Jesus could walk in open-heaven encounters, so can we. When we use the term “open-heaven encounters,” we think of creative miracles, healings, demonic forces fleeing, peace and joy entering a room or atmosphere. Did God really want us all to walk in these powers and experiences? Yes, He did! See what is said in the Gospel of Mark.
He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation. Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned. And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name, they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well” (Mark 16:15-18).
This means you, as a child of God, as a disciple of the Most High God, and all these things are done under an open heaven. An open heaven is made manifest when we choose to live as though we are gateways to heaven, or portals for the glory of God to be made manifest on the earth today. The first step to this is mind transformation. We must renew our minds to this truth.
I want you to grab hold of the power that you have available in order to release heaven into your atmospheres. The best part? It all begins with a changed mind. If you believe you have the power, then you do! God will empower you through His word to walk these truths out until you have the confidence to change the atmospheres you’re a part of and influence the world around you. Are you ready to release heaven? Then be willing to change your thinking and operate in the power of the word of God. Open your mouth and declare and decree in this year of 2020, the year of the mouth. God will meet you with your faith and your decrees of truth. Then you will be a portal of heaven on earth. Begin to believe this, and you will walk in it. Then heaven will come to earth through you!
