Hillary Clinton’s Security Documents Will Be Released Beginning Next Week
As secretary of state, Hillary Clinton was privy to some of our nation’s most important secrets, yet we’re still not entirely sure if she was properly trained in how to handle that information.
Now a federal judge, frustrated with the State Department’s foot dragging in a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit filed by The Daily Caller Foundation, has ordered that the hundreds of documents that will help answer that question be released. And he’s giving the department just five days to begin releasing the documents.
U.S. District Judge Richard Leon ordered that more than 400 unclassified documents be released on a rolling basis, and that all of the documents be released by no later than Oct. 10. The first third of the documents must be released no later than Monday.
The State Department hasn’t given any indication what the documents are, or what matters they may pertain to, other than to say they were “responsive” to DCNF’s FOIA request.
