Charismatic Voices Lend Expertise of Authenticity of Miracles to New Film
Some of the charismatic Christian realm’s top voices lend their arguments for the authenticity of the supernatural in a new film titled Send Proof, to be released soon.
Randy Clark, Heidi Baker, Shawn Bolz and Bill Johnson take the positive side of this issue during the documentary to be released Sept. 14. Some of the top skeptics include James Randi, Michael Shermer, John Loftus and Dr. Jacalyn Duffin.
“We talked to the brightest minds and asked the hard question,” says Elijah Stephens, creator of Send Proof. “This film intrigues the science, academia and medicine communities.”
Send Proof centers on a disillusioned Christian who watches his former senior pastor leave the faith and finds himself plagued with his own doubts.
With his worldview falling apart, he goes on a journey to see if there is evidence for modern healing miracles, and along the way he encounters sharp atheists and skeptics who tell him that he will not find any.
“A question I often asked was ‘If miracles are happening, where is the medical documentation?'” says Stephens. “Send Proof searches for miracles corroborated by medical documentation.”
