Frontlines Ohio Honors Clergy for 2020 Efforts
2020 has been full of hardship and a seemingly endless supply of bad news. Nobody knows this more than a group of faith leaders in Ohio, which is why Ohioans have banded together to bring light and good news to their beloved congregation leaders.
In a tribute to Buckeye Bible Belt clergy for “Clergy Appreciation Month,” Frontlines Ohio, North Central Ohio’s premier faith-based digital news bureau, has put together and shared the most compelling of initiatives Ohio clergy have put forth, as well as the thankful support of those who were on the receiving end of the clergy’s efforts.
Clergy from over 150 congregations statewide have combined their efforts in an array of judicial, personal and national initiatives including building positive relations with Israel.
In fact, Deputy Speaker of Israeli Knesset Hilik Bar said in Ontario, Ohio in 2018, “Ohio is truly the greatest friend of Israel in the United States.” The reason? “Because Ohio is definitely a leading and emerging source in support for Israel and Israel’s future,” Bar said.
The clergy have also been involved in initiatives in support of their police force and fighting against abortion laws that would seek to give elective abortions to women carrying children with genetic differences.
For these reasons and countless others, Frontlines Ohio shares their endless support for these brave men and women of faith.
