Hibbs, the senior pastor of Calvary Chapel Chino Hills in Chino Hills, California, says he has proof that the citizens of that state are being duped about a bill Democratic lawmakers are trying to pass that would prevent them from doing just about anything in public without proof that they have received what he says are “flawed” vaccines.

Hibbs says he has an impact team that “literally hunts down bad ideas” in the legislature in the state capital of Sacramento. “It’s beautiful to say that we have spies. It’s true, the other team doesn’t know who the spies are,” Hibbs says. {eoa}
