Top of the Week: Shawn Bolz Prophecy at ‘The Send’ Fulfilled 3 Years to the Date in War-Torn Ukraine
On Feb. 23, 2022, Russia invaded Ukraine. Exactly three years before, to the day, “The Send” was held in Orlando, Florida.
Shawn Bolz picked Dennis Melnichuk out of the crowd of 70,000 using a word of knowledge from the Lord. He delivered a prophecy to him, saying, “He’s raising you up. He’s calling you to lead a movement.
“Your heritage in Eastern Europe, God is going to commission you over Ukraine and Eastern Europe,” Bolz said. “Something is going to happen that you cannot even imagine. He’s putting you on the highest lampstand.”
According to Pat Robertson, Vladimir Putin was “compelled by God” to invade Ukraine. Indeed, “He went into the Ukraine, but that wasn’t his goal. His goal was to move against Israel, ultimately.” And, according to Robertson, this was all prophesied by Ezekiel, who lived more than 2,500 years ago. Is this true?
Over on the Bible Prophecy News website, Dr. Bob Thiel asks, “On February 24, 2022, Russia’s President Vladimir Putin announced a ‘special military operation’ into Ukraine. Are Jewish sources correct that Russia’s invasion of Ukraine is the start of the Gog and Magog war of Ezekiel 38? Are Protestant sources, and people like Trumpet editor Gerald Flurry right that Vladimir Putin is the ‘prince of Rosh/Rush’? Does Ezekiel 38 include Russia? What are some of the other nations involved in Ezekiel 38? Does this battle happen BEFORE or well AFTER Jesus returns? Can you know the answer from the actual passages in Ezekiel 38?”
A Christian Zionist website makes this claim (note that this was posted on Dec. 10, 2021, so more than two months before the Russian invasion): Based on Ezekiel 38-39, the armies that will one day invade Israel “include Russia and Turkey from the north, Sudan/Libya (possibly including Algeria and Tunisia) from the south and west, and Iran from the east. Consequently, sometime in the future, an enormous military force surrounds Israel, which is far beyond their capacity to defeat. God alone can deliver them from annihilation, which Ezekiel reveals He does (38:17–23; 39:1–6).”

Apostle Dr. Yvonne Lee-Wilson, 66, senior pastor of Body of Christ Deliverance Ministries in Chicago, and her husband, Adelbert Wilson, 69, died late Monday night in a tragic hit-and-run after leaving a prayer service at their church, per the Chicago Sun-Times.
“I don’t know if you realize what you did, but you should come forward. You should come forward because you hurt a family, you hurt church members, you hurt people all over … Not only did you hit them, but you ran,” Lee-Wilson’s sister Geena Wilson told ABC7.
The couple’s red SUV was struck with such force that it rolled over and hit a bus shelter, destroying it, authorities said. A damaged white vehicle was also found at the scene, and an investigation is underway.
Karen Zelfimein, a pastor in Odessa, Ukraine, said he believes that God is sending angels to protect his country that was invaded by Russian troops a little more than a week ago.
Zelfimein told It’s Supernatural!’s Sid Roth that he has heard several reports of God’s divine intervention in helping to save many of his countrymen over the past week. As the Ukraine continues to suffer the devastating effects of war, he believes that prayer from around the globe for that country will see it through to a glorious end.
“I’ve heard a couple of stories of people looking up in the sky and seeing clouds in the shape of angels,” Zelfimein says. “But more importantly, in that very moment, they said they were so encouraged. They felt someone’s presence so tangible and comforting.{eoa}
