Journalist Labels Chris Pratt ‘Disgraced Actor’ as Baseless Attacks on Him Continue
Chris Pratt, an actor who has never used his platform to utter a resentful word about anyone, has somehow become a pincushion for secularists and others who seem viscerally offended by his Christian faith.
Bizarrely, Pratt, who continues to entertain millions in the Guardians of the Galaxy and Jurassic World franchises, among other projects, is routinely and repeatedly lambasted without any discernible rationale.
Most recently, critics called for Pratt to be cancelled and replaced in his Guardians role as Star-Lord, presumably based on opposition to his faith. Twitter rebukes of Pratt led James Gunn, director the first two Guardians of the Galaxy movies, to defend Pratt and his Christian ideals.
Polish Pentecostal Leader Reports Miracles of Provision as Believers Minister to Ukrainian Refugees
Images of executed civilians, mass graves and bombed-out hospitals have dominated the news since Vladimir Putin launched his war against Ukraine. However, another story line is emerging from this war, a story of what God is doing through His people as they extend the mercy and compassion of Christ to the refugees.
Some of the most powerful testimonies of divine provision are unfolding in Poland as Pentecostal believers minister to millions of refugees fleeing the Russian invasion of Ukraine, according to Polish Pentecostal leader Marek Kaminski.
While Poland is a nation of about 38 million people, Polish Evangelicals number less than 60,000. There are fewer than 600 Protestant churches in the country, most of them small and with limited financial resources. The Pentecostal Church of Poland is the largest of these groups, with about 275 churches.
‘The Jim Bakker Show’ Hosts Prophetic Jonathan Cahn Movie Screening
Six-time New York Times bestselling author Rabbi Jonathan Cahn releases The Harbingers of Things to Come in over 800 theaters on May 12. On May 13, Morningside USA, the location where The Jim Bakker Show is filmed, will host a screening of the movie also.
From May 13 through June 13, Faith Content Network is making the movie available for church screenings nationwide. And Morningside USA’s screening of the new film is part of a nationwide movement of churches to show the film to their congregations.
In an interview on the Strang Report podcast Cahn says, “We are witnessing America rapidly accelerating away from God.” He continues, “The messages of The Harbinger are prophetic revelations and warnings for God’s people to know what’s happening, where we are going, and where we are.” {eoa}
