Can You ‘Only Imagine’ a Kamala Harris Inauguration?
Remember the classic song “I Can Only Imagine” by MercyMe?” How about having some fun and thinking about what the Inauguration Day event would have been like if Kamala Harris had become president? Mercy me, God spared us!
President Donald Trump gave God the glory in his inauguration address when he said, “God spared me from that [assassination attempt] for a purpose—to make America great again!” He stated emphatically, “We will not forget our country, we will not forget our Constitution and we will not forget our God!”
The assassin’s bullet that grazed his head missed killing Trump by less than a centimeter. He dodged a bullet, and that is a prophetic picture of what America dodged through intervention as God responded to our prayers and engagement to reelect President Trump after a four-year hiatus. He returned more competent, courageous and calm as a statesman and man on a mission to pursue the rebuilding of America after being handed a mess by the disastrous Biden/Harris administration.
Daily I pray for President Trump’s protection and for God’s guidance in his administration and strongly encourage you to do likewise. I continue savoring this miraculous reset that he called “The Golden Age of America” in the opening sentence of his address.
Seeing a Sea Change
After Biden’s “Barney Fife” ineptitude, there’s a new sheriff in town demonstrating real leadership, and Trump is leaving leftists in the dust as they try to stall and stop his lightning-speed progress in draining the swamp. It’s remarkable to observe the courage and clarity of his leadership, which is leaving the entrenched Washington, D.C., establishment frightened of being fired. I worked in the capital area for 24 years, and I know this subculture is running scared because accountability and Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency are hard at work.

This will be one of the most consequential presidencies in America’s history, similar to what happened with George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, Franklin D. Roosevelt and Ronald Reagan. Judging by his explosive start with over 100 executive orders; transparency with the press; impressive presentations before the World Economic Forum (spontaneous and authoritative contrasted with Biden’s feeble, teleprompter fumblings of the past); and also before leaders in Los Angeles as he handled the devastating fire disaster with clarity and compassion.
Witnessing History
It’s obvious even to some of his strongest adversaries that this is a man who is in the right place at the right time for the right reason: to turn America away from corruption and its catastrophic downward spiral. We are witnessing history as we honor God and His standards that our Founding Fathers built upon so we can recover our position as world leader and “one nation under God.”
God orchestrated the inauguration to be inside rather than in the spacious outdoor setting to make it more intimate and riveting. I’ve spoken to crowds in the thousands outdoors, and it’s a completely different atmosphere with many distractions beyond the frigid temperatures of Jan. 20. When Carrie Underwood experienced the microphone glitch, she belted out “America the Beautiful” a capella, inviting participants to sing along in what turned out to be a worship moment in the Rotunda.
We’re experiencing a sea change and a reform movement prayed for by multitudes: protecting vulnerable children from pornography, filth and LGBTQ+ propaganda; rescuing confused youth from trans surgeries; upholding only two genders: male and female; stopping diversity, equity and inclusion mandates across America; closing our borders and arresting criminal, law-breaking aliens; putting an end to obscene spending of taxpayer money on programs such as $70,000 spent on DEI musicals for Ireland, $47,000 spent on trans operas for Columbia and $30,000 spent on transgender comic books for Peru.
Imaginary Kamala Inauguration Day
So pastors never again stay out of politics and none of us take for granted the magnitude of what God has done with our reprieve—and so we remember there is no room for complacency going forward—may this imaginary scenario jolt us. It reveals what could have happened and what would have been the launch pad for years of radical San Francisco leftist, progressive rule and the ultimate destruction of traditional America. This is not hyperbole but reality.
With a fawning press and Hollywood celebrities flanking her, a cackling Harris would be sworn in as our first female president, followed by Vice President Tim Walz and his ultraprogressive agenda. Smiling on the stage, they would be joined by Michelle Obama as the featured speaker, promoting abortion and “women’s reproductive care” (murdering ready-to-be born babies) at the opening ball along with Robert De Niro, Bernie Sanders, Hillary Clinton and returning border chieftain Alejandro Mayorkas.
After being sworn in, Harris would outline her progressive priorities: open borders; taxpayer funded abortion until birth; new LGBTQ initiatives; transgender agenda promoted in schools and women’s sports; expanded support for critical race theory, Black Lives Matter and numerous woke initiatives in schools; removing restrictions to all gay-affirming books and drag shows; expanded promotion of DEI mandates in schools, government, corporations and military; increased taxation; legalization of drugs and prostitution; raising the national debt past $37 trillion by more government spending on entitlement programs such as subsidized health care, child care and supplemental income for illegal immigrants; limited and qualified cooperation with Israel yet alignment with Iran, Hamas and Hezbollah liberation activists; increased financial support for Planned Parenthood; new presidential medals for the likes of George Soros; more pardons for unfairly treated “victims” on death row; increased use of the Department of Justice, FBI and criminal justice system to stop pro-lifers and parents “subverting” clinics and school boards; hiring 75,000 more IRS agents; increased surveillance of suspected insurrectionists and “those threatening our democracy.”
Inauguration Day Balls
The three celebratory balls, underwritten by Hollywood A-listers and socialist billionaires, honor the contributions of individuals such as Rachel Maddow, Joy Reid, Oprah Winfrey, Lorne Michael of “Saturday Night Live,” George Stephanopoulos, Rev. Al Sharpton, along with political luminaries such as socialist Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Hunter Biden, Liz Cheney, Nancy Pelosi, Joy Behar and the other ladies of “The View.” Karine Jean-Pierre, Bernie Sanders and Howard Stern would be masters of ceremony for the events.
Here’s the Deal: The above horror show was averted because you and 77.3 million other traditional, patriotic Americans refused the lie that Christians should stay out of politics. Pastors repented of complacency and caving to Satan’s subtle deception that prayer and engagement (especially regarding voting values and speaking boldly for truth) are optional, not critical, in elections. Goodbye, Biden, Harris and everything you represent. And now, “May God truly bless the United States of America!”
