Jeb Endorses Christie in New Hampshire
Republican presidential candidate New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie has quietly made his move in New Hampshire, and a new endorsement in the first-in-the-nation primary state will likely only build on his momentum there.
Monday morning, New Hampshire Senate Majority Leader Jeb Bradley, a former congressman from the Granite State, endorsed Christie during a local TV morning show. The Christie campaign followed up with an official statement from Bradley.
“In these dangerous times for our nation, Gov. Chris Christie has the practical, real-world executive experience to lead the United States,” Bradley said in that statement. “As U.S. attorney, Christie worked with the Department of Homeland Security and the FBI to investigate and prosecute terrorism cases. As a Republican governor in a Democratic state, Gov. Christie had the courage to set an example for governors across the country by taking on special interests to tackle his state’s unfunded pension liability.”
