Gender Identity Issues Trace Back to Pagan Goddess Described in the Bible

Share:

Inanna, Aphrodite, Ishtar, Astarte, Venus, Ashtoreth. They’re all pagan names of the same goddess, the idol of carnal love and sexual relationships.

Biblical scholars associate her with Baal or Baalim, and today’s progressives are falling back into the same ancient patterns of worship, especially when it comes to gender identity.

“This isn’t new, this is very old. There was a goddess who was worshipped in the ancient world, ancient Mesopotamia by the name of Inanna, worshipped as far back as 4,000 BC. She’s also known by the names of Ishtar, or Aphrodite, Astarte or Ashtoreth in the Bible. … She was the goddess of prostitutes. Except sometimes she wasn’t a goddess, she was a god,” TV host, author and analyst Derek Gilbert shares on the Jim Bakker Show.

Her reappearance may be linked to the end times, particularly the battle of Gog and Magog as mentioned in Ezekiel.
