Carlos PenaVega was in the depths of depression after his band’s tour ended in 2012.  

The former Big Time Rush actor and singer spent his afternoons getting high, attempting to escape the encapsulating loneliness.  

One Sunday, he begged to join a friend at church.  

By the next Sunday, his life would never be the same.
