Netflix has announced a new series it will be producing about a boy who discovers at the age of 12 that he is the reincarnated Jesus.

In a tale that is sure to be a theological mess, the series follows the 12-year-old “Jesus” as he has to lead the world “in a conflict thousands of years in the making,” The Wrap reported.

The entertainment streaming service bought out Scottish comic writer Mark Miller’s publishing company, Millarworld, last year. Miller, creator of Kingsman, is the brain behind American Jesus and another new show, Jupiter’s Legacy. {eoa}
