Sean Feucht Launches Rallying Cry to Pray for Nov. 8 Elections and Country’s Future

Starting today, Nov. 1, #letusworship and Sean Feucht are fasting and praying with hundreds of thousands of intercessory prayer warriors in America and among the nations with America’s future at stake, the Nov. 8 midterm elections have become one of the most crucial in our country’s history.
Announcing on social media and Christian television Monday night, Feucht hopes this will be one of the largest prayer initiatives ever. Feucht encouraged 100,000 intercessors to sign up to pray today at letusworship.us/electionweek.
The website includes specific prayer points for election and the future of America.
Following his rallying cry to at least 100,000 prayer warriors on social media, Feucht announced the prayer initiative to millions of worldwide viewers on the Trinity Broadcasting Network last night.
“The Lord woke me up in the middle of the night Saturday with this stirring in my spirit that we’ve got to pray for these elections and for America.
“We need to mobilize as many people as we can, to get on the same page, praying the same thing,” Feucht said.
The Lord gave Feucht the verse Daniel 2:22: “He reveals deep and secret things; He knows what is in the darkness, And light dwells with Him,” (NASB).
“We have already seen so much evil, corruption and censorship exposed,” Feucht said.
Prayer and fasting preceded the Supreme Court’s ruling overturning Roe v. Wade, and Feucht believes intercession for the election is just as important.
“We need the candidates that God has His hands on to be put into office so that we can see this nation turn around,” Feucht said.
Discouragement and disillusionment over the outcome of the 2020 presidential election aren’t options.
“Prayer isn’t the last thing we do; it’s the first thing we do. It’s the most powerful thing that we can do. The prayer of the righteous avails much,” Feucht said.
Intercessors among the nations are invited to pray for America, too.
“Pray with us that God’s kingdom would prevail; that His candidates would prevail; and that we would overturn some of these gnarly, horrific laws,” Feucht said. “We’re not going to be afraid anymore of speaking the truth as leaders, pastors. This is our call, our responsibility. To whom much is given much is required.
“The future of our nation is on the knees, prayers and tears of intercessors across America.” {eoa}
