Men, You Must Take Back This Territory to Walk in Spirit-Empowered Masculinity
Kenny Luck has spent the better part of the last 20 years building up godly men through his ministry, Every Man Ministries. And in this critical time for the kingdom, Luck says, God is emphatically calling men of the church out of the culture and back to a relationship with Him so they can live lives of Spirit-empowered masculinity.
In other words, he wants His children to shake off their relationship with the world and to step into their true identity in God.
“My message is to tell every believer to let the truest thing about you be what God says is true,” Luck told Dr. Steve Greene in a recent episode of “Greenelines” on the Charisma Podcast Network. “Not what culture says is true. Not what your family says is true, not what your mistakes say are true. But let the truest thing about you be what God says is true—that you’re a son of the King, that you’re made by God, you’re made for God.
“Second, you need to connect to God’s new community—it’s called the church. That’s where you get to connect. You cannot live out your truest identity apart from God’s truest community. That’s where you’re to discover other men who love Jesus, too. You need to connect to other people who are doing the same thing together.
“Let’s go take some territory in our private and public lives. That’s the Great Commission. The world is waiting for Spirit-empowered masculinity.”
