Prominent faith leaders in attendance included:
- William Wolfe – Executive director of the Center for Baptist Leadership
- David Barton – Founder of WallBuilders
- Robert Jeffries – Pastor of the First Baptist Dallas
After convening in the Oval Office, Wolfe shared on social media, “It was a huge honor to represent @BaptistLeaders and meet @realDonaldTrump today along with other Christian leaders and pray for him in the Oval Office. It’s been an incredible day—been keeping this under wraps until it happened, but can’t wait to share more!!”
In February, Trump signed an executive order to establish the White House Faith Office as part of the Domestic Policy Council. The goal of the White House Faith Office is to defend and promote religious liberty.
Leaders such as Sean Feucht, a worship leader and former congressional candidate, have previously participated in these meetings, highlighting the administration’s focus on religious freedom and traditional values.
Faith leaders standing with Trump in the Oval Office signal a continued partnership to uphold traditional morals, protect churches and fight against government overreach on religious liberty.
