PRAY: Car Rams Christmas Market, 11 Dead with Dozens Reportedly Injured
A car rammed into a Christmas market in Magdeburg, Germany, killing at least 11 person and reportedly injuring upwards of 80 people.
Local German broadcaster, MDR, stated that the vehicle’s driver has been arrested, but Fox News reports that their identity and intent behind the event is unclear.

The Magdeburg police took to X to write that “Extensive police operations are currently taking place at the Magdeburg Christmas market. The Christmas market in the city center is closed. Further reports will be made.”

CNN reported German Chancellor Olaf Scholz’s statement from social media which read, “We are at their side and at the side of the people of Magdeburg. My thanks go to the dedicated rescue workers in these anxious hours.”
