Prophetic Clock Is Ticking—And All Eyes Are on Israel

In a recent interview with journalist Billy Hallowell, former congresswoman and Regent University dean Michele Bachmann shared a compelling spiritual perspective on the aftermath of the October 7, attacks on Israel. “What man intended for evil, God will use for good,” Bachmann said, quoting Romans 8:28. “You can never replace the people who were killed… but I believe that God is going to use this horror for His glory.” She described witnessing “one miracle after another” and declared, “We’re watching God fulfill His Word through the power of His faithfulness.”
For Bachmann, these events are not just historical or political—they are prophetic. “It’s literally like the Bible said, we are living in the days that the prophets long to see,” she said. Bachmann pointed out that Israel holds a unique place in God’s plan: “If you want to know what’s going on with the Bible and God’s prophetic time clock, you look at Israel, but Jerusalem is the second hand.”
She referenced recent events in the Middle East that underscore this theme, including the funeral of a Hezbollah leader in Beirut that was intended as a show of strength but ended in failure. “It showed that those who wanted to curse Israel themselves were cursed,” she said, noting how the truth of Scripture continues to be confirmed.
Amid ongoing global attention on the region, Bachmann sees divine purpose: “The news shows the rubble, but the miracles are the real story.” She believes the spiritual response to the crisis—particularly through prayer and fasting—has brought tangible fruit.
