This 100-year-old woman shattered the world-record for the race as long as her age.

Ella Mae Colbert broke the record for the 100-meter-dash by a 100-year-old this week, clocking in at 46.79 seconds.

The centenarian probably runs more in a day than you do in a week: 3 miles a day, not including toddling after her grandkids.

“I decided, maybe when I was 20, I’d get on the track for somebody else and I chose Jesus Christ as my coach and I’ve been running ever since,” she said. “Best coach I’ve ever had.”

Colbert gave advice that seems to pull straight from John 16:13.

“You’ll have some trials and you’ll have something that gets in your way, but you don’t let it get you down,” she said.
