International Prophetic Minister Bringing Revival From Down Under
As the mission field is increasingly global, an Australian ministry converges on America from Down Under to bridge our nation’s ever-widening divide. Following the debut of her new ministry program on Bedford, Texas-based Daystar TV on Aug. 4, Katherine Ruonala, along with her co-pastor Daniel Zelli of Katherine Ruonala Ministries and Glory City Church in Brisbane, will launch Heal The Nation—four free prophetic and healing meetings open to the public at Christ For the Nations in Dallas, Texas, Aug. 17 at 7 p.m. and Aug. 18 at 10 a.m, 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. Christian Broadcast TV Network CEO Gordon Robertson will also teach during a special session on Saturday.
Airing Saturdays directly after Joel Osteen, Katherine Ruonala TV is a one-hour program recorded from her Glory City Church in Brisbane, featuring Katherine and Pastor Daniel sharing life messages of love, identity, righteousness, intimacy, healing and miracles. Made from a similar cloth as the TV show, Heal The Nation will offer Dallas attendees deep times of worship and celebration, corporate prayer for healing, prophetic words, words of knowledge, breakthroughs for financial miracles, impartation for the gift of healing and miracles—and some people may even get healed in their seats.
“Division is tearing America apart,” said Ruonala. “We’re excited to bring teaching from Glory City Church in Brisbane to America and look forward to seeing God’s supernatural hand at work as His love is made known and many lives are healed. We believe there is a fresh openness to the gospel in America and feel a significant revival coming from Australia.”
Sid Roth, host of Sid Roth’s It’s Supernatural, also on Daystar, has praised Katherine’s prophetic ministry calling her the next Kathryn Kuhlman. Not dissimilar from accounts of healing witnessed in the pages of the Bible, Katherine, Daniel and their team have recorded accounts of supernatural ministry including amazing words of knowledge, genuine miracles, signs and wonders and outstanding practical teaching. Through faith and the power of prayer, team members have been used as conduits of healing. A woman with a missing eardrum regained her hearing, a man whose body rejected a cornea transplant had his sight restored and another man whose body was riddled with tumors became cancer free, among many other miracles.
Heal The Nation’s guiding verse comes from Jesus’ teachings in John 14:12-14: “Truly, truly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do, he will do also; and greater works than these he will do; because I go to the Father. Whatever you ask in My name, that will I do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask Me anything in My name, I will do it.”
During the meetings, Pastor Daniel, who has a strong apostolic ministry of healing and words of knowledge, will address the church as a whole and call them to a greater level of belief and faith for the supernatural. He is often called upon to bring strategy and leadership to governments and ministries around the world.
“We think America is a blessing and has a pivotal role to play in the nations in the coming days,” said Pastor Daniel. “Our ministry has a strategy to develop a number of regional meetings; Dallas is the first of many we are targeting to invest in. Though America has challenges, God has hope and answers,” he said.
In December, Katherine and Daniel will take their ministry of signs, wonders and miracles to the people of Hanoi, Vietnam. Working with the Vietnamese government and partnering with local churches, they will minister to an expected 40,000 people during the Hanoi Christmas Festival, which is expected to be the nation’s biggest Christian event since 1975, when the Communist party took over at the end of the Vietnam War. During scheduled meetings in Dallas, they will unveil their vision for ministering in Vietnam that includes providing aid, building homes and running medical clinics. {eoa}
