Ukraine President Calls for Ceasefire With Russia

This week Ukraine saw its first 24-hour pause in violence since the war between government separatists militias began seven months ago.
Russia Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said a ceasefire will likely happen soon.
The cessation in hostilities follows a proposal last week by Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko to hold a “day of silence” as a bid to revive a largely ignored cease-fire deal reached in September.
