This Senior Prophetic Leader Sees Second American Civil War Coming

In 2018, senior prophetic leader Rick Joyner had a dramatic dream of a coming second American Revolution/Civil War.

In his dream, he saw events that are now unfolding at a rapid pace on our watch. He saw the conclusion of our present trauma and the triumph over the evil that has been subduing our land. Rick saw from a heavenly perspective how victory is accomplished.

This is serious stuff. It is also necessary so God’s people prepare for what He intends before the end of the age.

“What can we invest to help preserve this Republic that many sacrificed so much to establish, and countless more gave even their lives to preserve in their time? It must not be lost on our watch. It is now our time to stand up!”

These words come from Rick Joyner who has authored more than 60 books and is the founder and executive director of MorningStar Ministries, a multi-faceted ministry known and respected for its influence throughout the world. I have had the privilege to co-labor with Rick who leads the yearly Roundtable leader’s gathering in South Carolina where invited leaders come to strengthen friendships, hear a fresh word from God and pray fervently to discern God’s strategy in our day.

A Now Word for a New Generation
Did you know that in the first American Revolution it was somewhat divided among the colonists as to whether or not to engage in the battle for freedom and fight against tyranny? The loyalists wing wanted to maintain allegiance to the King George of England, even though the totalitarianism kept increasing over their lives (just as it is in America today). The patriots said “enough is enough” and knew the time had come to awaken from passivity and complacency to pursue what they believed was God’s destiny for America. They demonstrated courage as scores are doing today.

Let’s face it—deception and decadence are epidemic today. Daily the radical Socialist/Marxist “progressive” movement, media, entertainment and education are propagandizing the masses contrary to Judeo-Christian standards upon which America was founded and thereby blessed abundantly. The prophetic warning of 2 Timothy 4:3 accurately pinpoints the challenge.

“The time will come when people will not endure sound doctrine, but they will gather to themselves teachers in accordance with their own desires, having itching ears, and they will turn their ears away from the truth and turn to myths.”

Tragically many pastors “cop out” (“Not my calling”… “Don’t want to get ‘political'”… “Don’t want to risk offending new people or risk losing members (tithers).” Many shake their heads at what’s happening but don’t really understand how much of the church in our nation resembles the Laodicean church of Revelation 3:16-17. Mario Murillo says “The American Church still thinks this is a game … stays in her safe zone … and like a party on the Titanic, pats herself on the back for her big events.”

“So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spit you out of my mouth. For you say I am rich, and have stored up goods, and have need of nothing, yet do not realize that you are wretched, miserable, poor, blind and naked.”

Time to Awaken
Scores across America are awakening to realize the urgency of the hour and destiny for the church in this, the anticipated “evil day.” It really is time for a second American Revolution/Civil War!

“Finally, my brothers, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. For our fight is not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, and against spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. Therefore, take up the whole armor of God that you may be able to resist in the evil day, and having done all to stand. Stand…” (Eph.6:10-14).
