Impeach Donald Trump for Making America Great Again
Since taking office, President Donald J. Trump has been under unconscionable attack by the liberal left. Why? The answer is partly because of Trump’s worldview. Simply put, his view is one of moral clarity, of good versus evil. Liberals are generally moral relativists, rejecting absolute standards of good and evil, right and wrong.
The hippies of the ’60s have become the establishment against which they once railed. Even though they run the culture, the media, the educational system, the courts, the arts and currently the House of Representatives, they are still self-destructing. From our culture to the public and private sector, from mainstream Hollywood to the public schools, from Washington politics to local judges, from the arts to the sciences, liberals are self-destructing. They have finally created a theatrical impeachment demonstration to showcase their anger. After controlling the government under Barack Obama, the liberal left has run headlong into a wall and is attempting to force its will on America’s citizens.
In the liberal left worldview man is capable of perfection, human nature is on a path toward enlightenment and the concept of original sin is primitive. Secular humanists make excuses for evil, or worse, deny evil exists and coddle it by refusing to confront it. Liberal left administrations re-invented men such as Yasser Arafat as peacemakers, giving them a facade of freedom fighters, not terrorists.
The liberal left mocks Judeo-Christian values as simplistic and ignorant because these modern-day humanists do not believe evil truly exists. They believe that even malevolent people are basically good, and it’s better to talk and show tolerance than to take a definitive, moral stand.
Too many liberals hate the America of which a conservative president dreams. They subject conservatives to scorn, ridicule and discrimination. There is no attack on American culture more deadly than that of secular humanists.
The insults and verbal abuse are so severe that anyone who contradicts them is labeled “ignorant, evil, racist and bigot.” The dumbing down of America has begun, and all in the name of political correctness and a new godless globalism. America is under siege. A tidal wave of evil is sweeping over our nation from without and within its borders. Self-injuring, spirit-destroying, conscious-searing practices are being supported as never before.
When our Founding Fathers sat down together almost 250 years ago, they were eerily prophetic regarding what an attempted impeachment would resemble. Those august men feared that the process would be divided along partisan lines and controlled by one faction or another. That has proven to be true with each of the three impeachment proceedings undertaken to date.
Can the liberal, secular humanists’ hatred for all things conservative pass Natan Sharansky’s “town square test”? He wrote in his book, The Case for Democracy: The Power of Freedom to Overcome Tyranny & Terror, “Can a person walk into the middle of the town square and express their views without fear of arrest, imprisonment or physical harm? If he can, then that person is living in a free society. If not, it’s a fear society.” The rights of conservatives in America to express their views without fear of retaliation from liberal organizations are frequently challenged and are slowly being eroded. It is time we stand alongside President Trump, with moral clarity, with belief in God and with the determination to make America great again to ensure that we in America have not become our own worst enemy. {eoa}
