Revelatory Word: These Church ‘Kingdoms’ Don’t Align With Reformation

There is a dire need for pioneers and forerunners to prepare the way. This preparation for the reformation of kingdom culture is because we are about to walk a “way” corporately we have not gone before in this generation. It is one thing to have revival and restoration, but if the kingdom structure of reformation is missing, it will be like pouring new wine into old wineskins.

We cannot take what is being restored and put it into an individualist, humanistic culture that operates in the world and the church and expect reformation. Restoration of the kingdom cannot be set apart from the reformation and reinstitution of kingdom culture. It is not about what we want in the kingdom, but it is about what the Father wants. In kingdom culture, the King gets what He wants, for it is a theocratic kingdom and not a democracy.

With all that being said, there must be some uprooting and tearing down of kingdoms that do not align with the gospel of the kingdom before there can be building and planting of ekklesia. In the book of Jeremiah, God instructs Jeremiah to go down to the potter’s house so He can reveal something to him.

The potter was making a work on the wheel, and this was a prophetic picture to Jeremiah of the nation of Israel. The work in the hands of the potter is a clay vessel that is positioned on the potter’s wheel. The Hebrew word for “work” is melakah, which derives from the same root as kingdom, messenger and walk! The word melakah from directly from the word malak, which means “angel,” “messenger” or “ambassador,” so the work of clay on the potter’s wheel is being shaped and formed into a vessel prepared to be an ambassador of the kingdom.

The same language of Jeremiah 1:10 where the Lord declares that Jeremiah was a prophet to the nation to root out, pull down, destroy and tear down before the building and planting is compared to the shaping of the clay on the potter’s wheel.

In this podcast, as we are being confirmed into the image of Christ, He is uprooting, pulling down, destroying and tearing down every system and kingdom that marred His image in us so we are a fit vessel to pour out glory.
